A personal net-worth dashboard I built for myself: eight financial modules — net worth, portfolio health, retirement, tax, property, insurance, estate planning — unified under one AI that reads them together. This page is the real product. Real screenshots, real numbers, real demo.
Property in one place. EPF and NPS in a government portal. Mutual funds and equity across brokers. Insurance in PDFs nobody reopens until a claim. Getting a straight answer to “what am I actually worth right now, and what should I do about it” meant opening all of it and doing the maths by hand — and it was stale the moment I closed the last tab.
So I built the tool I wanted to use. It's been running on my own finances for months — the screenshots below are the live build, not a mock-up.
No slides. This is the actual app, narrated end to end.
Nothing here is a template mock-up — including the numbers, which are mine.

Real estate, EPF, PPF, NPS, gold, mutual funds, equity, crypto, cash, vehicles — pulled into one dashboard instead of eight logins. The categories aren't a mock-up; this is the actual net worth breakdown from the live build.
"Your net worth has grown steadily over the past few months, up from about ₹1.42 Cr in March."

Diversification, risk profile and cost efficiency, each scored out of 100 and rolled into one overall number. It isn't just a score — it explains itself.
"66/100 diversification — behaves like 6.1 equal-weighted positions."

Projects the retirement corpus forward year by year against a real savings rate and inflation-adjusted target, then works out the actual date financial independence becomes possible.
"At your current pace — ₹45K/month direct investment plus 20% of salary — you're projected to reach a retirement corpus of roughly ₹9.8 Cr by age 55. Your FIRE date lands around September 2044, nearly 3 years ahead of your planned retirement age."

Runs both tax regimes against the current year's actual income and deductions, recommends the cheaper one, and flags unused deduction headroom before it's wasted.
"Based on your FY 2026-27 income of about ₹34.2L, the new regime works out roughly ₹1.18L cheaper than the old regime — even after your ₹2.71L in Section 80C/80D/80CCD(1B) investments and home loan interest."

Nets rent against the actual loan EMI per property, not just against purchase price — which is how it catches a property that looks fine on paper but is quietly bleeding cash every month.
"“2BHK Apartment, Whitefield” runs ₹43,000/mo negative once its linked loan EMI (₹38,500) is factored in — you're funding the shortfall from other income every month."

Benchmarks term life cover against the standard 10–15x income-plus-liabilities rule, checks health cover per household member, and flags policies with no nominee on file.
"Your term life cover of ₹1.5Cr is about 4.4x your annual income — below the commonly recommended range given your ₹42L home loan. Consider increasing cover by roughly ₹2–3.5Cr."

Walks every account, asset and policy and flags the ones with no nominee assigned — the kind of gap that turns into months of legal friction for a family, for the cost of a five-minute form.
"Asset “2BHK Apartment, Whitefield” (₹92,00,000) has no nominee assigned. Insurance policy “Star Health” (₹10,00,000) has no nominee assigned."

Every module feeds this one. It doesn't invent new findings — it re-ranks what the other seven modules already computed into the handful of things actually worth doing this week.
"This week: close 3 missing-nominee gaps across Estate and Insurance, review your Baner Pune rental yield, trim small-cap exposure. Net worth is up about 2.3% since last month to roughly ₹1.56 Cr."

Plain-English questions, answered from the same data every other module is built on — not a generic chatbot bolted on top, and not a guess.
"Your current net worth is approximately ₹1.56 Cr — total assets of about ₹1.99 Cr minus about ₹43.8L in liabilities. Your net worth has grown steadily over the past few months."

This is the same pattern behind every AI system we build at DM AI Labs: rules compute, AI explains, a human decides.
Net worth, tax regime comparisons, rental yields, insurance gaps — every number on this page is calculated by explicit rules against real data, not generated by a model. That's what makes it safe to show a real bank balance on a public page.
The AI's only job is to read what the rules engine already computed and explain it in plain English — the retirement narrative, the tax suggestion, the weekly priorities. It never touches the underlying arithmetic.
A chat interface grounded in the same computed data as every module — so a plain-English question gets a specific, numbers-backed answer instead of a generic one.
The AI's one piece of judgment: re-ranking findings from every other module into a short list of what's actually worth doing this week, refreshed automatically.
