Daily adherence tracked over 7/30/90 days without punishing unanswered days, plus interaction checks against NHS/MedlinePlus sources — always framed as "worth asking your doctor," never a diagnosis.
The half of a record a lab test never captures
Symptoms, conditions, doctor visits — self-reported and entirely yours to state or remove. Nothing here is inferred from a result; the app never ticks a box on your behalf.
Proof, not a privacy policy
Every action on the vault is logged — what was read, what was computed, every login attempt — with a hard rule: the log records what happened, never the health data itself.
