STEP 1 Build a simple Sales Lead Qualification demo as a single self-contained HTML file with a clean modern layout. For now, show the title and an empty lead table with columns for name, company, enquiry, status and score. Do not add data or scoring yet. Label it a fictional training demo. Provide the complete working file and a preview if available. STEP 2 Update the same page with six fictional inbound enquiries showing name, company and message. Include urgent business needs, interested prospects and vague enquiries. Mark every lead Unqualified and leave scores blank. Add a disabled Qualify All Leads button; we will supply the scoring rules next. Keep everything fictional and do not connect to external systems. STEP 3 Enable Qualify All Leads using these transparent training rules: clear business need 30 points, explicit urgency 25, explicitly stated budget 25, and explicitly stated decision authority 20. Award points only when the message explicitly supports the criterion; do not infer missing facts from a name or job title. Hot is 70–100, Warm is 40–69, Cold is 0–39. Show the score and tier for each lead. These are priority scores, not probabilities of purchase. Label the qualification as rules-based, not live AI analysis. STEP 4 Update the same page to sort qualified leads by score from highest to lowest. Add All, Hot, Warm and Cold filters. Clicking a lead should expand its scoring breakdown, showing the evidence for each awarded criterion and any missing information. Add Reset Demo to restore all leads to Unqualified with blank scores. Preserve the existing layout and scoring rules. STEP 5 Improve the expanded lead explanation in the same sales demo. Replace the explanation squeezed inside the enquiry column with a full-width panel directly beneath the selected lead. Use a modern card layout, readable text, a prominent tier badge and score, and a short plain-English heading: Why this lead is Hot, Warm or Cold. Add a concise summary based only on the enquiry, followed by four clearly separated scoring cards for business need, urgency, budget and decision authority. Each card must show the awarded points and the supporting message evidence, or Not stated when information is missing. Use restrained colours for the tiers and generous spacing so the panel is clear during a screen-recorded demonstration. Keep the current scoring rules, lead data, filters, sorting and reset behaviour unchanged. Do not invent facts or describe a score as a purchase probability. Clicking the lead again should collapse the panel. Provide the updated working file and a preview if available. STEP 6 Update the expanded lead panel in the same demo to use two columns on desktop, stacked on mobile. On the left, show Reasoning: a short plain-English explanation of the tier based only on the enquiry. Below it show Recommended next action: one practical suggestion, such as arranging a call, asking for missing qualification details, or sending general information. Recommend only; do not send anything. On the right, show Signal breakdown with four softly coloured cards: Business need, Urgency, Budget and Decision authority. Each card should show awarded points and supporting evidence, or Not stated. Preserve all existing data, scoring rules, thresholds, filters, sorting and reset behaviour. Do not infer authority from a name or job title, invent facts, or claim live AI analysis. Keep the panel full-width, readable and collapsible. STEP 7 Please use the attached screenshot as reference for the look and feel of the expanded record of the qualified lead. Apply the same look and feel for each lead. Keep the existing lead data, scoring and functionality unchanged. Use the same font family and body text size as the lead table for the expanded explanation. Keep headings slightly bolder and the score prominent. Reduce excess spacing, and keep all data and scoring unchanged.
