What does the AI Workflow Audit cover?
We map operations, assess impact and feasibility, check whether the data supports the idea, and provide 3–5 ranked recommendations. The existing engagement starts with a free 30-minute opportunity call; the paid audit and pilot are scoped separately.
Can AI work with our current business systems?
We assess your existing CRM, ERP and other tools during scoping. Access, data quality and available interfaces determine what can be connected. A connection is agreed and validated for your pilot; a showcase is not evidence of compatibility with your system.
What happens after the audit?
The next step can be a fixed-scope pilot, followed by documentation, training and a plan for further work. Scope and success measures are agreed for the particular workflow.
