What can the live Tarun agent demonstrate?
Tarun answers from DM AI Labs website content, scrolls to relevant sections, opens selected demos and opens the booking calendar during a conversation. The visitor completes the booking; Tarun cannot fill forms, take payment or agree commercial terms.
Can a voice agent qualify our enquiries?
We can scope the questions, qualification criteria and human handover for your enquiry journey. This is a proposed client workflow, not a claim that the public Tarun demo captures or qualifies leads for your business.
What should we prepare before discussing a build?
Bring your approved service information, common buyer questions, qualification criteria and preferred next step. The Tarun page describes the current launch package, provider-account requirements and optional care terms.
Is a multilingual website agent included?
The current Tarun launch package includes one language. If you need a multilingual website agent, language coverage, approved translations, voices and testing need a separate agreed written scope before we promise delivery. The public Tarun demo does not establish multilingual performance.
Are calls recorded?
The public Tarun experience requires microphone permission. Conversations are recorded and transcribed in our ElevenLabs workspace and reviewed to improve the agent. Review the existing notice before starting a call.
